When using remote access, I use Google Remote Desktop. It is safe, secure, dependable and available for Windows, Mac & Linux. This is an excellent solution for locations that are far away or need ASAP care. For private customers there is a minimum $65 charge for remote access (including up to one hour), then $65 per hour after that. I take Venmo or PayPal to initiate access.

When we initiate the session you will need to have the Google Chrome Browser installed then go to Google Remote Desktop and find "Share this screen" and then "Generate code" and give it to me. I will have limited access to your computer at that point. I will need you to be at your computer to click any administrative windows that need to be accessed. Then we fix your computer... :-)
